How to do it

- Check the settings. 0.5× is preselected. Choose 0.75× or 0.25×, and keep or remove the sound.

Getting smooth slow motion
Slow motion shows each frame for longer. Footage filmed at 30 fps shown at 0.25× plays at 7.5 frames per second, which looks choppy. Phone slow-mo or 60 fps recordings stay smooth.
For the smoothest result, film at 60 fps or more (most phones have a slow-motion or 60 fps setting), then slow it down here.

- No. Frames are shown for longer rather than invented, which keeps the result true to the footage.
