What is a token?
The unit tools are priced in. The price depends on the tool, the length of your file and its resolution. You see it before you press Run.
Do tokens expire?
The 30 free weekly tokens reset every Monday and don't carry over. Tokens you buy never expire. Free tokens are used first.
Is my video uploaded?
No. Processing happens in your browser with ffmpeg. Our server only sees the file's length and resolution, which it needs to set the price and settings.
What if something fails?
Failed runs are refunded automatically (up to 3 times a week).

The short version

What we collect and why
Your account
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture link. We use them to create your account, sign you in and show who is signed in. Legal basis: performing our contract with you.
Balance and activity
We record your token balance and each change to it: which tool you ran, what it cost, when, and whether it succeeded, plus purchases (order ID and pack). We need this to run the token system, handle refunds and show you your history.
Technical facts about the files you process
To price a job and pick its settings, your browser sends us facts about the file: duration, size, container format, resolution, frame rate, codecs and bitrate, plus the settings you chose. For Normalize loudness it also sends the loudness measurement ffmpeg produces. We never receive the picture, the sound or the file name.
Link checks
If you use Check link, the address you enter is sent to our server, which requests the first byte of that address to see if it is a media file. We don't store the address, but like every request it can appear in our server logs for a few days.
Server logs
Our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data (time, page, browser) to deliver the service and protect it from abuse. Logs are kept for a few days.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies, so no consent banner is needed:
sid keeps you signed in. It lasts 30 days, or until you sign out.
oauth protects the Google sign-in step and lasts 10 minutes.
Who else processes data
Cloudflare hosts the website, the server code and the database.
Google handles sign-in, under Google's own privacy policy.
jsDelivr delivers the ffmpeg engine file to your browser. Like any content network, it sees your IP address when your browser downloads it.
Our payment provider sells token packs to you as the merchant of record. It handles your payment details and billing address; we never see your card. We only receive the order ID and which pack you bought.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Account, balance and activity data are kept until you delete your account. Server logs are kept for a few days. The payment provider keeps purchase records for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict its processing. Delete account on your profile page erases your account and all its data immediately. For anything else, write to . You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The service isn't meant for children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If a change is significant, we'll say so on the website.

These terms are an agreement between you and (“we”) about using . By signing in, you accept them.
1. The service
provides video and audio tools that run in your web browser. Processing happens on your own device, so speed and the largest file you can handle depend on your device and browser.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. One account per person: creating extra accounts to collect more free tokens is not allowed. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Tokens
Running a tool costs tokens. You see the exact price before you press Run.
Each account gets a free weekly allowance. It resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC and doesn't carry over.
Purchased tokens don't expire while the service operates. They're used after your free tokens.
Tokens have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money, except for refunds under our Refund Policy.
If a run fails, its tokens are returned automatically, up to 3 times a week.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your files. We never receive them. You're responsible for having the right to process the files and links you use. Don't use the service for illegal content or to infringe other people's rights.
5. Acceptable use
Don't try to get around the token system, overload the service, automate it without our permission, or access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Changes and availability
We work to keep the service available and correct, but provide it “as is”. We may add, change or remove tools and change prices. The price of a run is always shown before you run it, and tokens you already bought stay valid.
7. Liability
Always keep your original files: tools create new files and never modify the original, but results can differ from what you expected. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
8. Ending
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Unused tokens are lost when you do, so if you have purchased tokens left, contact us first. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of . If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Failed runs
If a tool run fails, its tokens go back to your balance automatically. This happens up to 3 times a week. If a run failed and you didn't get your tokens back, write to us.
Token packs
Token packs are sold by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and appears on your bank statement.
Unused packs: you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used any of the pack's tokens.
Used packs: tokens are delivered immediately. By using purchased tokens, you agree that the digital content has been supplied, which ends the 14-day right of withdrawal for that purchase. Partly used packs aren't refundable, unless the law requires it or the service didn't work for you. In that case, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Free weekly tokens have no cash value and aren't refundable.
How to ask for a refund
Email from the address you signed in with. Include the order number from your receipt. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through the payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days.

The video engine that runs in your browser is FFmpeg compiled to WebAssembly by the ffmpeg.wasm project. This build includes components under the GNU General Public License (for example x264), so the build as a whole is distributed under the GNU GPL v2 or later. We distribute it unmodified, loaded from jsDelivr.
