Lossless when the streams fit
MOV and MP4 are containers: boxes around the actual video and audio. iPhone videos contain H.264 or HEVC video and AAC audio, which MP4 supports, so Frameloom copies them untouched. HEVC gets the tag Apple devices need to play it.
Only streams MP4 can't hold, such as some professional camera codecs, are re-encoded, and you'll see that in the price before you run it.

- Will the quality change?
- Not when the streams are copied, which is the case for almost all phone videos. The file size stays about the same too.
- My iPhone video is HEVC. Will it play on Windows?
- It plays wherever HEVC is supported. If you need maximum compatibility, run Optimize for web afterwards to get H.264.
- Can I convert to WebM or MKV too?
